No. Your data is used to answer your questions and run your tasks, never to train third-party models. It stays in your account and you can export or delete it whenever you want.
It can only use the tools you have authorised. If you do not let it issue invoices, it does not issue them. And everything it does is logged step by step, ready to review.
Basic is the chat assistant: it asks and answers about your data, with 300,000 tokens a month. Full adds autonomous agents, scheduled tasks and customer chat on your website, with 2.2 million tokens.
The assistant stops answering until the following month, but the rest of the ERP works as normal. You can add a top-up pack from 5 € or move up to a plan with a bigger allowance.
