Accessibility statement

ShephERP is committed to making its website accessible in line with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 level AA, the EN 301 549 standard and Spanish Law 11/2023, which transposes the European Accessibility Act.

Compliance status

This website is partially compliant with WCAG 2.2 AA due to the exceptions and non-compliances listed below.

Non-accessible content

  • Third-party content embedded in the website (maps, external videos, payment gateway, chat or bookings) that we do not fully control.
  • Images and documents published by the business that may lack alternative text or proper tagging (for example, some PDFs).
  • Videos without captions or audio description.
  • Some fixed-size text does not grow with the text size setting; browser zoom does enlarge it.
  • Some text over images, gradients or brand colours may not meet the minimum contrast.
  • Some custom menus, forms and interactive elements have not yet been tested with a screen reader.

Preparation of this statement

Statement prepared on October 11, 2026 and last reviewed on October 11, 2026, through a self-assessment with automated tools. A manual review with a screen reader is still pending.
