No. You can start with Starter and run just the counter; when you want to publish the catalogue you switch on the store for 25 €/month or move up to Pro, which already includes it.
The inventory is built to draw down from external channels so stock stays reconciled. The specific connection depends on the marketplace; tell us which one you use.
The kiosk module works the same for a counter as for a bar: it takes payment, prints the receipt and draws down stock. It is 25 €/month per device.
